Supervisors and PMs can assign tasks to team members, divide responsibilities, and monitor progress. Being able to apply another person to a task has a wide array of uses, and is expected functionality around due dates and deadlines in CRMs.

Dates are needed on Notes to record when it was last updated. This helps if Notes are used to log calls, to record time-sensitive data, or to determine when updates are needed.

Many non-profits work with Quickbooks for their financials. Including integration to export a completed batch or closed-out daily log of gifts would be helpful. Anything to automate or make that an easy process would be appreciated.

Recruitment, Shift Scheduling, Hour Tracking, etc... would be helpful for program management, grant reporting.
